It was a cool, over cast, grey day in the fall on my visit. It added to the somber mood of the place. Several Viet Nam era veterans were visiting the Cemetary and men were digging another grave. I assume for one of our soldiers from Iraq. The storys behind Andersonville are powerfull. I'll leave that part up to some additional exploration on your part.
